Manx Electric Railway
Create a special ambience of a bygone era by hiring one of the oldest tramcars still on its original railway.
From small private events to large corporate events we can provide this unique way to travel to and from many locations along the 17 1/2 miles of picturesque coastal railway.
Trams vary in seating capacity from tramcars seating 32 passengers up to around 90 passengers with a tramcar and trailer.
Douglas Bay Horse Tramway
The iconic tramway on Douglas Promenade is the oldest continuously operating horse tramway in the world completed in 1876 by Thomas Lightfoot. Whether its a return trip for a group or your special day why not arrive to any one of the seafront hotel establishments dotted along the promenade in style.
Snaefell Mountain Railway
Constructed in 1895 the Snaefell Mountain Railway runs to the highest point on the Isle of Man at 2,036 feet above sea level. Its from this viewing point you can see the seven kingdoms (England, Ireland, Wales, Scotland, Isle of Man, the Kingdoms of Heaven and Neptune). Hire the Summit restaurant and create a truly unforgettable experience!
Isle of Man Steam Railway
Operating since 1873 and arguably the oldest narrow gauge railway in the British Isles. Sit back and enjoy relaxing scenic views, listen to the soothing clickety clack sound of the Steam Railway as you travel along the 15.5 miles of track from Douglas to Port Erin.
Charter a steam train and arrange a welcoming glass of bubbly before departing on your journey. Standard carriages are divided into compartments for up to 8 adults. To make that special event memorable enjoy a full culinary experience on the Dining Train shared by up to 88 of your friends and family.
