The Douglas Bay horsetram stables
- Opening Hours: 10:00 – 16:00 Daily during operating season. (For guided tours please phone 614687)

- Location: The Stables at the bottom of Summerhill Rd, Northern End of Promenade.
A Small Exhibition and gift shop can be found on the site of the stables in what is known as the 'little stable'. This room houses 5 original wooden stalls with its cobbled stable floor and wooded hay racks really embacing the history of the building and what it was like some years ago. In each stall there are various information boards spanning the history of the tramway and horses.
A giftshop providing the opportunity to buy treats for the horses or a souviner can also be found here.
Stable tours run thoughout the year providing the perfect chance to learn about the history from one of our valued volunteers. During the visit you will be able to ask questions, meet the horses and see behind the scenes.
