Service Alterations

Bus services are subject to change during the practice and race sessions where roads are closed to the public. Our planned contingency measures are shown below but for live information please visit our social media feed HERE.

Don't forget that Day Saver tickets are available to purchase on the bus for £7.50.
These are your best value option if you plan to take 3 or more bus journeys in a single day.

Anagh Coar

Services Affected
21 / 21b / 21h

Service Alteration
When roads are closed departures from Anagh Coar divert via Kewaigue.
Travel from Pulrose to Douglas via Farmhill is available at no additional cost.
Services from Castletown and Peel serve Groves Road bus stops as normal.

When roads are closed the above services are replaced by the 22v.

Glen Lough Campsite

Service Alteration
When roads are open we operated to and from from the campsite every 30 minutes in each direction.
Last buses ahead of evening practices from the campsite are:

Governors Hill

Service Alteration
When roads are closed there is NO SERVICE to Governors Hill. 
The 22k Link Bus operates from St Ninians.

On the Senior Race Day Bank Holiday, Friday 5 June, the Saturday timetable operates for services between Port Erin, Port St Mary and Douglas Promenades.

Ramsey

Note | When roads are closed the bus station in Ramsey is not in use. Please use our temporary facility in Albert Road.

When roads are closed services to and from Ramsey divert on their arrival at and departure from Douglas.

3 & 3a | To Ramsey : Ridgeway Street (via Victoria Street) | Promenades | Summer Hill | Onchan (Manx Arms) then normal route.
3 & 3a | To Douglas : Onchan (Manx Arms) | Summer Hill | Promenades | Lord Street

Wildlife Park

Services Affected
All buses serving the Wildlife Park

Service Alteration
Between Thursday 21 May and Monday 8 June (inclusive) buses do NOT serve the Wildlife Park bus shelter. 
The stop for buses to Ramsey is at the entrance to the Wildlife Park car park.
There is no stop for buses to Douglas (via Peel) at the Wildlife Park.

Diversion Route
Customers wishing to travel towards Douglas from the Wildlife Park should board a Ramsey service and change at Sulby.
Customers wishing to travel from Ramsey to the Wildlife Park should board a Douglas service and change at Ballaugh.

Willaston

Services Affected
11 / 11a / 12 / 12a / 22 / 22h / 25 / 25h

Service Alteration
When roads are closed all normal services between Lower Douglas and Willaston are replaced by the Service 22v. 
Services depart Lord Street at 25 & 55 minutes past the hour.
The Service 22k operates a link service within the course to coincide with St Ninians arrivals. (See "Governors Hill" for more information.)
