During the times of TT course closure the Hospital can be accessed by travelling from Douglas (Lord Street Stop D) to St Ninians on Service 22v and then crossing over the footbridge to continue travel on the Service 22k.
In the event of delays to proceedings on daytime closure days when the TT Course is to close again at 1800 the evening practice night changes and diversions are followed.
On these days when the TT Course has reopened between 1700 and 1800 most buses continue to follow the diversion routes with the exception of the journeys below which can safely use the TT Course while it is open to normal traffic.
