What to expect when travelling on our buses
Here at Bus Vannin we are aiming to make our buses as accessible as possible to as many of our customers
We understand that customers have different needs, and sometimes the worry of how to get on and off the bus and what to expect can be a deterrent.
We welcome passengers with prams, pushchairs and buggies on our buses. However, the allocated wheelchair space on the bus is primarily
for users of wheelchairs who are unable to fold and securely stow their chair.

The unit must be inspected for any leaks before you travel and travel only on the lower deck of our double decker buses.
We welcome dogs on our buses and guide dogs including hearing dogs for the deaf and disabled support dogs travel for free, all other dogs will need a dog ticket.

Website Accessibility
Accessibility is the word used to describe whether a product (for example, a website, mobile site, digital TV interface or application) can be used by people of all abilities and disabilities.
For instance, a website is accessible if all people, including disabled and elderly people, can use it.
On a website, accessibility depends on how a person's disability affects the way they perceive information on a page and how they navigate within and between pages.
We are working hard to ensure that Rail.im and Bus.im are as accessible as possible. Your feedback is really important to helping us make sure it is so If you find any problems then please contact us and let us know.
