Travelling with Animals
We are committed to making our services accessible to everyone.
Assistance dogs
Guide dogs and registered assistance dogs are welcome on all our buses free of charge.
Pet dogs
Up to two leashed dogs may travel on the lower deck of a bus at any one time.
Non-assistance dogs are charged according to our fare table, currently 30p per journey or a yearly Go Platinum Dog pass can be purchased for £20.00

Other small animals
Small animals may be allowed at the driver’s discretion. If permitted, they must:

Be carried in a suitable basket or pet carrier

Be well behaved

Not cause danger or inconvenience to other passengers
On-board rules

Animals are not allowed on seats, but may sit on a passenger’s lap

For the comfort and safety of all passengers, drivers may ask a passenger to leave the bus with their animal if it is considered a danger or nuisance
