We have been made aware of some Go Places cards showing up as expired on ticket machines. This is as the cards near the end of their 10 year lifespan.
If your card is numbered between 633597 0255 0038 **** and 633597 0255 0080 **** you will be affected. Cards later in these numbers will expire at the end of March.
Please take your card into one of our stores to receive a replacement card*. Please then email gocards@gov.im with your card numbers and we will move any trips to the new card for you.
*If your card has less than 12 trips then you will need to purchase a 12 trip top up as all new cards come preloaded with 12 trips on them. Please then email gocards@gov.im with your card numbers and we will move any trips to the new card for you.

Please note: Cards are physical and can take up to 10 days to be posted to a UK address. Cards cannot be posted outside of the UK.

If you are travelling to the Isle of Man before the 10 days, or you live outside the UK, you can purchase a Go Card on your arrival at one of our OUTLETS.
